Mimosa Sundays: The National Stationery Show

For the paper world, it's all happening right now at the National Stationery Show in New York City. Sky of Blue Cards has exhibited there for 4 years in a row, but we switched it up the past 2 years and our line has been on display in our wonderful New York Sales Rep's booth, Christopher Sargiotto from Sales by Apt.2. We are in booth 2035 this year, pictured below. Our most recent cards are displayed on Chris' booth wall, but our entire line is available for buyers to view and order from while sitting at those cute tables. The "promo video" above is courtesy of my son, featuring himself, my daughter & their cute friends who live next door to us. He made it on my phone in 5 minutes, in between doing about 5 other things on his phone/laptop/playstation. Two words: digital native. Anyway, back to the NSS… while it's nice not to have to deal with the stress and crazy work pace leading up to the National Stationery Show, I do indeed miss the energy and excitement of it, as well as seeing everyone. I've made so many friends at the NSS – buyers, members of the press, and fellow card designers. We will be back with our own big booth in the future, that's for sure!
