No prior experience is necessary! This class is perfect for anyone who wants to:

• Discover the magic of letterpress: Learn the fundamentals of this centuries-old printing technique using our vintage press.
• Explore the fluidity of gouache & watercolor: We'll guide you through basic painting techniques, focusing on washes, layering, and color blending, to create vibrant and expressive paintings.
• Combine the two: Learn how to enhance your letterpress cards by hand-painting your creations, resulting in truly unique and personalized pieces.

All materials are provided, including:

• Watercolor & gouache paints, brushes, and paper
  
• Printing inks and all necessary tools
• Expert instruction and guidance

Once you've registered, please email us to confirm the name you'd like to use on your custom holiday cards. We recommend your first name only or last name followed by "family". If you register within 48 hours of the workshop, your stationery will have other elements but will not include your name.

Depending on size of class, this workshop is  approximately 3 hours and limited to a maximum of 6 guests. It is located in our studio / shop in Rockaway Beach in Pacifica.
